Rules of Conduct for Way Public Library Patrons

The following activities are not permitted in Way Library:

1. Drinking from containers without covers.
2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes).
3. Leaving a child under the age of 10 unattended in the library without the supervision of an adult.
4. Foul language, talking loudly, or engaging in other disruptive conduct including disrespecting library personnel or patrons.
5. Interfering with another person’s use of the library or with the performance of the library personnel’s duties.
6. Blocking the entryways or aisles.
7. Misusing library furniture or equipment.
8. Sleeping in the Library.
9. Engaging in inappropriate behavior at a computer station or elsewhere in the library. There is only one person allowed at any computer.
10. Use of drugs or alcoholic beverages.
11. Destructive, disruptive, or dangerous use of library mobility devices.
12. Bringing pets into the Library with the exception of service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

LIBRARY PRIVILEGES MAY BE LIMITED IF THE ABOVE RULES ARE VIOLATED.
